Health and wellness have always been something that I prioritized from a young age. I have been involved in the sports/ fitness realm for over 7 years, doing everything from coaching to facility management, working with collegiate sports marketing departments and 50+ fitness studio owners. I am CPR certified and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, allowing me to coach others into the best shape of their lives.
Aside from fitness, I push a strong emphasis on including well-developed nutrition in your training program. Growing up as a vegetarian, I recognize that my diet is different from others, and this has allowed me to grow a deeper understanding of food science.

I had been an instructor with Fit Body Boot Camp, a 30-minute fat-loss fitness boot camp. We focused on helping our client achieve results through injury prevention exercises and nutritional guidance.
